The design team created a bright and open dining environment based on the respecting the local environment concept with a modern and concise techniques. Besides, in order to integrate the space into the surrounding streetscape, the materials used in the construction process also have heritage meaning. The design team continuously digs from the client’s collection inventory and use it. The materials are used to create a unique space texture by reusing old things, and the spacious and flexible dining environment increase the functionality of the venue, creating a warm atmosphere.
