About Gold Wind of Life Pendant
Gold Wind of Life is a pendant produced with 3D printing technology. The base material is rhodium-plated brass, and the pendant is paired with a delicate 9ct white gold curb chain. The pendant measures 3 centimetres in diameter and the chain measures 45 centimetres. The design draws on Greek culture, on a minimalistic style and on a line from a poem by Odysseus Elytis. Additive manufacturing allows an intricate surface texture while keeping the piece light and durable. Gold Wind of Life can be worn as a statement piece or as a subtle accessory.

The use of rhodium-plated brass and delicate 9ct white gold chain adds luxury and durability, complementing the overall aesthetic.

Design Interview about Gold Wind of Life Pendant
This piece of art is influenced by my art and minimalistic style, and draws inspiration from elements of Greek culture. Specifically, it is inspired by the line "Gold wind of life..." from "The Little Mariner," a poem by Odysseus Elytis, a Greek poet who was awarded the Nobel Prize. This artwork is also a tribute to Alekos Fassianos, a renowned Greek painter.
My main focus was to combine art, fashion, and technology in a form that is aesthetically beautiful, retains the artistic value, the feeling or the concept of the artwork and is technologically achievable. I also wanted to incorporate elements of the Greek culture and the minimalistic style while overcoming the limitations of 3D printing technology and ensuring durability and lightness. There is a controversy surrounding the use of technology and whether it kills or not creativity nowadays, but for me, technology is what turns ideas into tangible possibilities, and it can drive creation. The pendant managed to balance all the above.
The pieces of jewelry are produced by a 3D printing company. I sell the jewelry through my website, and I would like to collaborate with shops and extend my market reach.
It is a line from a poem by Odysseus Elytis, in his collection "The Little Mariner". Odysseus Elytis is a Greek poet and winner of the 1979 Nobel Prize for Literature.
