The old building should undergo extensive renovations, beginning with foundation works, pipeline renewal, updating exterior doors and windows, and renovating staircases. Furthermore, the installation of additional elevators will optimize mobility for the elderly, as well as ensuring the quality and longevity of the residence is greatly improved. In addition, a clever solution to the problem of insufficient lighting within the building can be addressed by introducing natural light through an atrium.
