- Production Technology
- The aircraft is fully made of carbon composite with specific areas out of glass fiber composite to optimize the design with a sophisticated jet-fuel engine. Besides aluminum alloy, for e.g. landing gear structure, also modern 3D-print materials are used. The glass cockpit consists of state-of-the-art Garmin avionics.

- The DA50 RG design is the latest evolution of Diamond Aircraft’s original vision that started with the single-engine DA20: combining modern composite construction and advanced design technologies to create the safest and most modern general aviation aircraft product range and to meet the increasing demand for a premium high performance single engine piston light aircraftThe aircraft is fully made of carbon composite with specific areas out of glass fiber composite to optimize the design.

- Duration: In 2018 the DA50 RG project started with Continental CD300 Engine; In 2020 DA50 RG has received EASA Type Certificate
