Kyoto is a global city shaped by over a thousand years of history and culture. Located in Kyoto Station, Japanese Taste curates crafts, food, sake, cosmetics, and daily goods from across Japan. The space was designed as a quiet vessel that reveals the value behind each product. Rooted in Japanese minimalism, it uses black framing, warm wood, soft light, a central display table, and lattice elements to create calm within the station's bustle, transforming a place of transit into a place of cultural encounter.
