Kasuga Mochi is a Japanese confectionery cafe created for a long established company with more than 80 years of history. The project reinterprets wagashi culture through a clean, contemporary design that feels open and approachable to all generations. White surfaces, wood tones, soft green, and coral orange create a fresh yet warm atmosphere, while the carefully planned layout reduces crowding and supports a calm, welcoming experience within a compact urban site.
