There ought to be a feeling of unease and discomfort which will serve as a reminder of the greed of people. The extraneous number of legs of both the table and the chair symbolize such greed. The section of the table connected directly to the cluster of legs expresses the descending negative void of greed. The process to achieve this effect was done personally using diverse fox and tail joinery techniques without requiring much other equipment.
