This piece is influenced by Japanese calligraphy and street art. For its motif, several kanji characters are combined in a way that they overlap, and since each stroke stretches and shrinks freely, it is difficult to read all of the characters, Apart from its impressions as a painting, there is an intention to make the viewers infer what kind of story is written as a sentence, directing their eyes to the details. The materials used are gold ink for woodblock prints, acrylic paint, and aerosol spray. The frame is built with wood and is coated with a glossy black paint.Learn More
