The house, given the architectural condition of abundant daylight, is opportune to be built with smooth layout, which inspired the designer to expand the public area into a capacious space that consists of the living, dining and study rooms with sleek traffic flows and extensive indoor views. The house, located at the center of an emerging development city, is adjacent to the schools, and has convenient transportations. The target clients, for house purchasing, are those favoring the medium or large residences that provide the quality of life for the families having young children.
