About Guanshan Handelsmerkidentiteit

- Unique Properties
- Anchored in the philosophy of teahouse as home, we construct a contemporary sanctuary for tea connoisseurs. Our brews extract primal essences from ancient tea groves, harmonized with mountain springs and melted snow to reveal terroir authenticity. Spaces crystallize tea mountains textures and light interplay, crafting immersive nomadic tea sanctuaries that engage all senses.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- The brand multi series tea collections employ phytographic design extracting each teas botanical essence and marrying it with Chinese aesthetic principles. This methodology crystallizes into Neo Chinese packaging that embodies product specific visual identities.

- Production Technology
- The creative process prioritizes onomastic morphology deriving visual forms directly from the brands nomenclature while integrating product typology. This methodology undergoes cultural synthesis through strategic collisions between contemporary creativity and Chinese heritage elements, generating innovative semiotic expressions rooted in commercial context.
- Design Challenge
- The project requires the seamless integration of multiple elements to simultaneously communicate the brand core identity, embody Oriental aesthetics, and ensure versatile application across diverse scenarios.
- Research
- We reconfigure tea rituals through Ceramic Deconstructionism transposing bamboo brazier fans mechanical logic into ergonomic curves, translating ink bleeds into tactile gradients on vessel surfaces. Packaging evolves into Tactile Typology archives where material stratigraphy chronicles tea history, Neo Chinese design manifests as Parametric Archaeology methodology.
- Inspiration
- Rooted in Chinese tea ware aesthetics, the concept reimagines Song Dynasty tea house imagery through calligraphic brushwork. Capturing the symbiotic relationship between luzan brazier fans and tea utensils, Ink tonalities outline the fan silhouette, its flowing strokes organically morphing into modern teacups streamlined forms. This visual philosophy of holding a fan while contemplating tea manifests through design.
- Project Duration
- Located in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China, this project was designed in October 2024.
- Operation Flow
- Carve the eraser into desired shapes, saturate its sculpted surfaces with ink, then employ this unconventional tool as a brush substitute. Through rhythmic imprinting and calculated pressure variations on paper, the rubber matrix undergoes iterative experimentation. Each impression accumulates ink dynamics angular edges deposit geometric patterns while worn facets create mist like gradients.
