Navorsing: Through industry surveys and user interviews, we have gained in-depth insights into the needs and pain points of enterprise employees. The surveys have revealed the daily pain points in corporate office operations. Our research has found that employees face inefficiencies in office scenarios such as enterprise information retrieval, office collaboration, cross-platform application access, and daily document usage. Additionally, employees are exposed to complex internet access environments every day, which can easily lead to corporate data security issues.
