About Light Reborn Residensiële Binneontwerp

Production Technology
The project applies natural wood veneer, stone-grained tiles, and eco-friendly coatings. Mineral-based paints and wear-resistant floors enhance durability. Technically, partition demolition, furniture repositioning, integrated storage, and concealed utility systems optimize light penetration, usability, and maintain visual clarity across compact spaces.
Design Challenge
Key challenges were limited natural light, complex utility lines, and compact space. Solutions included partial wall removal, overhauling electrical/HVAC systems, and integrating full-height storage. Balancing functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability within a constrained, aged structure required careful planning and technical precision.
