The central location ensures accessibility while maintaining privacy for the family.

The lower level hosts the elder family members apartment and a study while internal stairs connect to the upper living spaces with a kitchen, dining and master suite. Smarthome systems control lighting climate and security allowing intuitive operation. Furniture and storage are arranged to optimize flow comfort and accessibility throughout.
