About Sunac Chongqing A One Commercial ድብልቅ አገልግሎት የችርቻሮ ሕንፃ
ኤ ዋን በቻይና ቾንግቺንግ ከተማ የሚገኝ ድብልቅ አገልግሎት ያለው የችርቻሮ ሕንፃ ነው። ይህ ውስብስብ ግንባታ በጂያንግቤይዙይ የፋይናንስ አውራጃ ውስጥ የሚገኝ ሲሆን በሦስት አቅጣጫ በፓርኮች የተከበበ እና የ270 ዲግሪ የወንዝ እይታ ያለው ነው። ንድፉ በደመናት ውስጥ ያለች ከተማ የሚለውን ሀሳብ የሚከተል ሲሆን ፖዲየሙ የደመና ሽፋንን ይመሰርታል። አግድም የብረት መስመሮች፣ እጅግ ንጹህ መስታወት እና ባለቀለም የተለበጠ መስታወት ሰንሰለቶች በቀኑ ውስጥ የሚለዋወጡ ብርሃን፣ ጥላዎች እና ነጸብራቆችን ይፈጥራሉ። ትልቅ ተንጠልጣይ ክፍል የሰሜንና የምሥራቅ ጎኖችን ቅርጽ ይሰጣል። አረንጓዴ ግቢ ፖዲየሙን ከግንቦቹ ጋር ያገናኛል።

- Unique Properties
- A One is Chongqing’s future landmark, embracing energy, arts and prosperity. Located in the heart of Chongqing’s financial district, the project is surrounded on three sides by parks with a commanding 270 degree view of the river.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- Site Area ：29,126 m2;

- Production Technology
- The Northern and Eastern sides of the podium used a large overhang structure to form an urban disheartened space, horizontal metal lines and stripes of colored glazed glass were used adding light effect to form a flowing, rich and exquisite effect.
- Design Challenge
- AICO has been tasked with the design of the podium, which serves as the foundation and unifier of the project. The design of this ambitious project is an international ensemble consisting of AICO and the world’s leading architecture design firms. Together we will bring 4 skyscrapers and a commercial podium above the metro line 6 to the world.
- Inspiration
- The project is envisioned to be a “City in the Clouds” with the “clouds” being interpreted as the podium, which brings together the complexities of various functions behind a combination of horizontal metal lines and ultra clear glass, creating a backdrop of light, shadows, reflections that changes throughout the day. A “city living room” has also been created in between the skyscrapers and the podium, forming a vibrant green yard.

- The project started in September 2018, located in Jiangbeizui，Chongqin City，China.

- As the landmark of Chongqing’s future, A One will be the standard for further urban development and while being the new heart of finance.
