About Larma የመኖሪያ ህንፃ
ላርማ በኢራን ሰሜናዊ ክፍል በሮያን ከተማ የሚገኝ የመኖሪያ ህንፃ ነው። ህንፃው ስድስት ፎቆች እና አስራ ሁለት ክፍሎች አሉት። ባለ ሁለት ግድግዳ (gable) ጣሪያ በመኸርና በክረምት ወቅት የማዛንዳራንን ዝናብ ለመቋቋም የተነደፈ ሲሆን የአካባቢውን ባህላዊ የግንባታ ስልት ይከተላል። ለረጅም ጊዜ በኢራን ስነ-ህንፃ ውስጥ ጥቅም ላይ ሲውል የቆየው ጡብ ዋናውን የገጽታ ግንባታ ይመሰርታል። በእንጨት መስኮት ክፈፎች ውስጥ የተቀመጠ ቀለም ያለው መስታወት ወደ ኮሪደሮችና የደረጃ አካባቢዎች ቀለም የተቀላቀለበት ብርሃን ያስገባል። በፊት ገጽታው ላይ ያሉ ቁጥቋጦዎችና አረንጓዴ ተክሎች የማዛንዳራንን ደኖች የሚያስታውሱ ሲሆን፣ ሰፋፊ አረንጓዴ በረንዳዎች ደግሞ የአካባቢውን ግቢዎች ያስታውሳሉ።

Larma የመኖሪያ ህንፃ የA' Design Award የብረት ሽልማት አሸናፊ ነው፤ ይህም በጥሩ ሁኔታ ከተነደፉ ፈጠራዎች የሚጠበቁትን ሙያዊና ኢንዱስትሪያዊ መስፈርቶች ለሚያሟሉ ጥሩ ዲዛይኖች የሚሰጥ ከፍተኛ ክብር ያለው እውቅና ነው። የብረት አሸናፊዎች የፈጣሪዎቻቸውን ታላቅ ችሎታ፣ ከፍተኛ ልዩ ሙያ፣ የባለሙያ ግንዛቤ እና የፈጠራ አቅም ያሳያሉ። Larma የመኖሪያ ህንፃ ከፍ ያለ ግምት የሚሰጠው፣ የሚደነቅና የሚወደድ፣ ተግባራዊና ፈጠራ የተሞላበት ሥራ እንደሚሆን ይጠበቃል። ይህ የA' Design Award የብረት ሽልማትን ያሸነፈ ዲዛይን የኢንዱስትሪ ምርጥ ልምዶችን ያዋህዳል፤ ከእውቀትና ከተሰጥኦ ጋር የተሳሰሩ ብቁ ቴክኒካዊ ባህሪያትም አሉት። Larma የመኖሪያ ህንፃ በጥልቅነቱ የተከበረ ሲሆን ዓለምን የተሻለ ቦታ ለማድረግ የሚረዱ የሕይወት ጥራት ማሻሻያዎችን ለማቅረብ የተነደፈ ነው።

- Unique Properties
- The Larma apartment project is designed in 6 floors and 12 units. It is located in the north of Iran, Mazandaran. Due to the climatic conditions of Mazandaran, rainfall in winter and autumn, a gable roof is used, which is a model of old and native architecture. The architecture of this building is inspired by Iranian and also local architecture. Using bricks, that is a symbol of Iranian architecture and local materials, is one of the main ideas of this project. To respect the environment, shrubs and green plants in the facade that symbolizes the forests of Mazandaran are used.

- The dimensions of project are 15 m in width x 25 m in length x 30.75 m in height.

- The softwares by which the Larma projects have been designed are AutoCAD, SketchUp, Corona Render, and 3ds Max.
- Design Challenge
- Decorations had a special place in Iranian architecture and colored glass is a symbol of Iranian architecture. Using colored glass between the wooden frames of windows and corridors and stair windows that radiant colored light in the building, In addition to their beauty, Iranians believe that it keeps insects and reptiles away.
Moreover, using large and green terraces is a symbol of the yards of Mazandaran. - Inspiration
- The inspiration of the project is based on Iranian and indigenous architecture.
- Project Duration
- The design of project started in July 2021 and finished in February 2022. The location of project is Royan of Iran.
- Operation Flow
- The use of brick materials, which is a symbol of Iranian architecture.
