About Citystars Heliopolis ድብልቅ አገልግሎት የችርቻሮ ኮምፕሌክስ
ሲቲስታርስ ሄሊዮፖሊስ በግብፅ የሚገኝ ድብልቅ አገልግሎት የችርቻሮ ኮምፕሌክስ ሲሆን፣ ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ በ2004 ዓ.ም. ተከፍቷል። ኮምፕሌክሱ በአሁኑ ወቅት በእድሳት ላይ ሲሆን፣ ጠቅላላ የወለል ስፋቱ 250,000 ካሬ ሜትር ይሸፍናል። እድሳቱ አርክቴክቸርን፣ የውስጥ ንድፍን፣ መብራትን፣ የመንገድ አመላካችነትን፣ የመሬት ገጽታን እና ዘላቂነትን በአንድ የተቀናጀ አቀራረብ ውስጥ ያካትታል። ስምንት ደረጃዎች በአንድ የከተማ ብሎክ ላይ ተዘርግተዋል። የተጠማዘዘው ቅርፅ የአባይን ወንዝ ፍሰት ያመላክታል። ኦሪዮን፣ ኤክሊፕስ፣ ሶላሪስ እና ስታርፖርት ተብለው የተሰየሙ አራት አትሪየሞች የውስጡን ገጽታ ይቀርፃሉ። የጥላ አወቃቀሮች፣ ሐይቅ፣ ዛፎች እና ተከላዎች ቦታውን በማቀዝቀዝ ይረዳሉ።

- Unique Properties
- Citystars Heliopolis mall is the first integrated mixed-use development in Egypt, opened in 2004. The complex is currently under renovation with a focused GFA area of 250,000 sq.m. The scope included a completely integrated approach to architecture, interiors, lighting, wayfinding, landscape, and sustainability. With 8 levels spread across a city block, the new Citystars celebrates the fluidity of the Nile using a dramatic form and state-of-the-art materiality and technology.
- Inspiration
- The design language is biophilic, sinuous, comfortable and relaxing. Papyrus, lotus and water plant architectural forms are interpreted into supersized experiential features and way-finding markers. Huge shade structures, a show lake, trees and planting provide essential cooling. The mall interiors comprise 4 spectacular atriums; Orion, Eclipse, Solaris, and Starport – conveying a Galaxy of Life theme, with soft curved edges, light, creamy stone finishes, and charismatic lighting.
