Re እንደ ጸጥተኛ መጠለያ ተደርጎ የተነደፈ የሳውና ውስጠ ክፍል ነው። ንድፉ ጥልቅ ጸጥታን የሚያመለክተው "ሺንካን" በተባለው የጃፓንኛ ቃል ላይ የተመሰረተ ነው። ድምጽ የአቀማመጡና የቁሳቁስ ምርጫው ዋነኛ ትኩረት ነው። የመክፈያ ግድግዳዎች እስከ ጣራ ውስጠኛ ክፍል ድረስ ተዘርግተው፣ ጫጫታን ለመቀነስ የድምጽ መከላከያ ቁሳቁስ በግድግዳዎቹ ውስጥ ተቀምጧል። ሁሉም ማጠናቀቂያዎች ወጣገባ በመሆናቸው የሚንፀባረቀውን ድምጽ ያለሰልሳሉ። መብራቱ የተፈጥሮ ፀሐይ ብርሃንን አቅጣጫ፣ ጥንካሬ እና የቀለም ሙቀት ደረጃ ይከተላል። ውጤቱም እያደገ ያለ ጫካን ጸጥታ የሚያስታውስ የተረጋጋ ቦታ ነው።

- Unique Properties
- Japanese word “shinkan” means “deep stillness” and it expresses a way of falling into a complete silence. Therefore, we focused our design on the sound and created a sauna space where one can relax in a tranquil environment.To achieve this, partition walls were extended to the attic and uneven finish materials were used. We also used lighting that corresponded in direction, intensity, and color.
