Adhering to local laws and regulations posed external hurdles, demanding meticulous adjustments. Production possibilities influenced material choices, while technological advancements shaped the project's form. Overcoming these obstacles required a nuanced approach, integrating diverse elements while maintaining the project's integrity. The design research for "Next Collection" encompasses a contextual exploration focused on organic integration. Our objective was to create a multifunctional complex harmonizing with Green Cape's landscape. Tools included 3D modeling and architectural software. Residents, key participants, influenced the functional distribution and layout. Results showcase a seamless blend of aesthetics and functionality. Insights highlight the project's impact on modern living, influencing societal and design perspectives. The project designing started in 2023 and construction will be ended in 2025.

"Next Collection" operates seamlessly, enhancing user experience through thoughtful design.
