About 4.56 Jvpd የመኖሪያ ሕንፃ
4.56 ጄቪፒዲ በሙምባይ፣ ጁሁ የሚገኝ የመኖሪያ ሕንፃ ነው። ሕንፃው በእያንዳንዱ ፎቅ ላይ አንድ አፓርታማ እና ሁለት ባለ ሁለት ደረጃ (ዱፕሌክስ) አፓርታማዎችን ጨምሮ የቅንጦት አፓርታማዎችን የያዘ ነው። ድህረ-ውጥረት የተደረገባቸው ወለሎች (ፖስት ቴንሽንድ ስላብስ) የምሰሶዎችን አስፈላጊነት ስለሚያስቀሩ፣ እያንዳንዱ የውስጥ ወለል ከዓምድ ነጻ ሆኖ የውስጥ ክፍሎቹ በተለያዩ መንገዶች እንዲዘጋጁ ያስችላል። ትላልቅ ክፍት መስኮቶች የቀን ብርሃንን እና የመስቀል አየር ዝውውርን ወደ እያንዳንዱ አፓርታማ ያስገባሉ። የግል አሳንሰር በቀጥታ ወደ እያንዳንዱ ቤት ይከፈታል። ሕንፃው ከአጠገቡ ካለው የአውሮፕላን ማረፊያ ፈንል ዞን (የበረራ መስመር ገደብ) ጋር የሚስማማውን ገደብ በማክበር 52.9 ሜትር ቁመት ላይ ይደርሳል።

4.56 Jvpd የመኖሪያ ሕንፃ የA' Design Award የብረት ሽልማት አሸናፊ ነው፤ ይህም በጥሩ ሁኔታ ከተነደፉ ፈጠራዎች የሚጠበቁትን ሙያዊና ኢንዱስትሪያዊ መስፈርቶች ለሚያሟሉ ጥሩ ዲዛይኖች የሚሰጥ ከፍተኛ ክብር ያለው እውቅና ነው። የብረት አሸናፊዎች የፈጣሪዎቻቸውን ታላቅ ችሎታ፣ ከፍተኛ ልዩ ሙያ፣ የባለሙያ ግንዛቤ እና የፈጠራ አቅም ያሳያሉ። 4.56 Jvpd የመኖሪያ ሕንፃ ከፍ ያለ ግምት የሚሰጠው፣ የሚደነቅና የሚወደድ፣ ተግባራዊና ፈጠራ የተሞላበት ሥራ እንደሚሆን ይጠበቃል። ይህ የA' Design Award የብረት ሽልማትን ያሸነፈ ዲዛይን የኢንዱስትሪ ምርጥ ልምዶችን ያዋህዳል፤ ከእውቀትና ከተሰጥኦ ጋር የተሳሰሩ ብቁ ቴክኒካዊ ባህሪያትም አሉት። 4.56 Jvpd የመኖሪያ ሕንፃ በጥልቅነቱ የተከበረ ሲሆን ዓለምን የተሻለ ቦታ ለማድረግ የሚረዱ የሕይወት ጥራት ማሻሻያዎችን ለማቅረብ የተነደፈ ነው።

- Unique Properties
- The Building consists of Luxury Apartments, one apartment on each floor and two duplex apartments. The internal floor plate is column free and allows complete flexibility to design the interiors.

- The building in 52.9M in Height with each apartment 27.5M in length X 10.5M in breadth.

- The apartments are made with Post tensioned slabs
- Design Challenge
- The Restriction of height was major challenge in this project as the plot location was under airport funnel zone. we managed to get 5 podiums and 10 floors with the help of Post Tension Slabs.
- Research
- The beam depths in each apartment reduced the usable space for interiors and hence we used Post Tensioned Slabs to avoid beams and provide maximum space to the end user. The spaces were also designed coloumn free to ensure maximum flexibility for the end user to plan the home as per their desire.
- Inspiration
- Mumbai Apartments are usually small and tiny, Hence we wanted to give the luxury vibe to this project with large columnfree spaces and a private lift coming into your home. The large open windows bring lot of day light.
- Project Duration
- the project is located in Juhu, Mumbai. The project started in 2020 and finished in December 2024.
- Operation Flow
- The project was carried out in a span of 4 year by excaving the basement floors and then further building the main structure.
