ማሪና ጎልድ በደቡብ ምሥራቅ ቬትናም በሙይ ኔ የባህር ዳርቻ ላይ የሚገኝ የመዝናኛ ሆቴል ነው። ሕንፃው ከሰባተኛው እስከ ሃያኛው ፎቅ ድረስ በሰያፍ መልኩ የሚወጣ ሲሆን፣ ለጉዞ የሚነሳ የመርከብ ቅርፅን ያስታውሳል። በላይኛው ፎቅ ላይ ወደ ውቅያኖሱ የሚዘረጋ ተንጠልጣይ ባለ መስታወት ወለል ያለው መዋኛ ገንዳ የሚገኝ ሲሆን፣ ከጎኑም ባር ላውንጅ እና ሰፊ ትዕይንት ያለው ሬስቶራንት አሉ። የውጭው ገጽታ የፀሐይ መጥለቂያውን ብርሃን የሚያንፀባርቁ በወርቅ የተለበጡ ፓነሎችን ይጠቀማል። መዋቅሩ ተንጠልጣይ ክፍሎቹን የሚደግፉ የብረት አካላት ያሉት የተጠናከረ ኮንክሪት ነው። የውስጥ ክፍሎቹ በእንጨትና በእምነበረድ ያጌጡ ናቸው።

The building’s futuristic design rises diagonally from the 7th to the 20th floor, evoking a luxury cruise ship setting sail. The top floor features a cantilevered glass-bottom pool extending toward the ocean, alongside a bar lounge and viewing restaurant. Designed as an architectural icon of Mui Ne Beach, the hotel captures the essence of a radiant cruise ship bathed in sunset light

Extensive environmental analysis was conducted to optimize light reflection and aerodynamics. Overcoming these obstacles led to a harmonious blend of innovation, sustainability, and guest experience.
