ሉመን ኪዩብ የንግድ ውጤታማነትን ከከተማ አካባቢ ላደረገው ጉልህ አስተዋፅኦ ጋር በጥሩ ሁኔታ የሚያመዛዝን የንግድ ልማት ነው። ለሰዎች ብሩህ፣ ፈጠራ የተሞላበት እና አነቃቂ የሆነ ቦታ ይፈጥራል። ሙሉ በሙሉ በመስታወት የተሸፈነው ማዕከላዊ አትሪየም ዋነኛው ማድመቂያ ሲሆን በቀን በተፈጥሮ ብርሃን የተሞላ ሆኖ በሌሊት ደግሞ በሙቀት ያንጸባርቃል። ወደ ውጭ በሚወጡ የመስታወት ክፍሎች የተዋቀረው ተለዋዋጭ የኪዩብ ቅንብር ለህንፃው የእይታ ቅለት እና ግልጽ የሆነ ዘመናዊ ባህሪ ይሰጠዋል። ክፍት አረንጓዴ በረንዳዎች፣ ተለዋዋጭ የቢሮ አቀማመጦች እና ኃይል ቆጣቢ መፍትሄዎች ሉመን ኪዩብን ለዘመናዊ እና ምቹ ሥነ-ህንፃ ዋነኛ ምሳሌ ያደርጉታል።

- The project demonstrates a balance between commercial functionality office and public spaces recreational areas, pedestrian accessibility. The atrium became the main wow-effect and the center of everything – not only the interior space, but also the shaping. The dynamic structure with protruding glass volumes creates a visual lightness and a modern image, emphasizing the connection between the interior and exterior spaces. The main purpose of an atrium is to provide a place for relaxation, and the best way to relax is to change activities or at least the environment.

- With all the general rationality and restraint of decisions, it was possible to create an architecture that was not boring at all, with a creative, stimulating atmosphere and an abundance of light. For the success of the project, it was important to achieve durability, elegance and a surreal spatial effect.

Lumen Cube reimagines the urban office typology through the interplay of light, geometry, and human-centric design. At its core, the project is a modular concrete-and-glass composition where translucent volumes emit a soft, energy-efficient luminescence at night-transforming the building into a beacon of transparency and innovation. The name Lumen Cube reflects this duality-Lumen symbolizes enlightenment, openness, and the flow of ideas, while Cube embodies the structural clarity and urban presence of its geometric massing.

The urban planning significance of this point is reflected in the design of the new building's corner, which features a broken "cubistic" line. The sculptural nature of the corner is enhanced by glass consoles arranged in a cubic composition. The corner of the building features a recessed entrance, which extends the street square and "lures" passersby inside. The pattern of the concrete tiles unobtrusively "directs" the flow of people in the right direction. The atrium's full-glass construction creates a dynamic interior space and allows sunlight to enter the building, creating a connection between the inside and outside.
