ኢንተለጀንት ኦፕኒንግስ መስኮቶችንና በሮችን እንደተነጣጠሉ ምርቶች ሳይሆን እንደተዋሃደ የስነ ህንፃ ስርዓት አድርጎ እንደገና ይተረጉማል። ለከፍተኛ ደረጃ ቪላዎች የተነደፈ ሲሆን፣ እጅግ ቀጭን ውበትን፣ ሰፊ ስፋት ያላቸው መክፈቻዎችንና ኢንተለጀንት ቁጥጥርን በማጣመር በውስጥና በውጭ አካባቢዎች መካከል እንከን የለሽ መገናኛ ይፈጥራል። እንደ ጽንፈኛ የአየር ሁኔታ፣ የኃይል አፈጻጸምና የአጠቃቀም ምቹነት ያሉ ተግዳሮቶችን በመፍታት፣ ስርዓቱ ግልጽነትን ከጥበቃ ጋር ያመዛዝናል። ቴክኖሎጂ ሁለቱንም የቦታ ተሞክሮና የዕለት ተዕለት ኑሮ የሚያሻሽልበትን፣ ለወደፊት የመኖሪያ ስነ ህንፃ ሊለካ የሚችል መፍትሄ ያቀርባል።
