About Sunac Yipin Yantai التصميم الداخلي لفيلا
"سونا يي بين يانتاي" هو مشروع تصميم داخلي سكني لفيلا مكوّنة من أربعة طوابق في مدينة يانتاي بمقاطعة شاندونغ، الصين. يقع المنزل على ساحل خليج بوهاي وتحيط به الجبال والبحر والغطاء النباتي. تمتد المساحة الداخلية على 350 متراً مربعاً وتتبع الطراز العالمي الحديث. تربط الفضاءات المفتوحة بين الغرف والمشهد الطبيعي، حيث تعمل أشعة الشمس والصخور والمياه كعناصر موجِّهة. وتُلطّف الأعمال الفنية المصمّمة خصيصاً والمواد المنتقاة من صرامة الهندسة الشكلية للمخطط. ويتمثل الهدف في خلق أجواء عطلة هادئة ومريحة يصوغها الفن والثقافة.

- Unique Properties
- As a four-story residential space, it is located on China's Bohai coastline, surrounded by mountains and seas and vegetation. It shows the ultimate elegance and comfort to the greatest extent. It made a harmonious and perfect balance between the interior and the original ecology.

- Marco Tirelli's paintings inhabit the boundary between fantasy and reality, deep into the labyrinth of memory. With the metaphysical Umbrian school of painting, it reconstructs the basis of a poetic and gentle world. Like the rising sun in the morning, it means the bright morning stars on the sea.

- Difficulty: In the neat indoor space, create an internal landscape and an internal environment to bring the vitality to the space. Project Address: Yantai, Shandong - Operation Flow
- 1.Refine floor plans and do layout design in a rigorous way.
2.Refine 3D models and do reasoning and verification of the space.
3.Make project on-site stakeout and consider dimension and light condition of the space
4.Order custom-made art pieces, do material selection, control details of project construction
