حول Xifang Vanke Liangyujiuyuan غرفة نموذجية
"شيفانغ فانكه ليانغيوجيويوان" هي مجموعة من الغرف النموذجية المصممة لتقديم منزلين يتميز كل منهما بشخصية مستقلة. تمتد المساحات الداخلية على 93 و156 مترًا مربعًا، وقد نُفِّذت باستخدام الجلد والمعدن والرخام. تتضافر القواعد اللونية البسيطة من الأبيض والرمادي الفاتح مع لمسات من الأخضر الزيتوني والمفروشات الناعمة والأعمال الفنية. ويلتقي قشرة خشب الجوز ذات الخطوط الرقيقة بأسطح الرخام الأبيض الناعم، مشكّلين تركيبة هادئة تتخللها مساحات مفتوحة. أما الغرفة النموذجية الثانية فتتبع موضوع سباقات السيارات، وتخلق أجواءً بصرية ثلاثية الأبعاد غامرة. ويحافظ نظام الحركة المُحكم والمتضام على انفتاح الفضاء المعيشي وسطوعه.

- The indoor moving line is compact and simple, open wide and bright living space, and take the white and light gray as the foundation with high tolerance, the part uses the soft decoration, the artwork to make up the individuality olive green tone; the simple and unadorned wallpaper, the wainscoting harmonizes the rich texture, to reflect the elegant atmosphere.

- The Second Model House is designed to create a racing-themed immersive atmosphere, challenging the sensory perceptions between reality and fiction, reality and fantasy by shaping the three-dimensional visual sense of the space. The first floor as a family entertainment, activities of the public area, with the pattern of open, transparent vision of the advantages. Large into the deep dining room horizontal layout, to the top of the sliding doors and the boundaries of the inner and outer space. The fine-line Walnut Veneer serves as a large-scale soft white marble underlay, which is combined into a simple painting with large blank space. Daylight flows, showing the natural beauty and various levels.
