About RNMS Totebag حقيبة توت

حقيبة "RNMS Totebag" هي حقيبة توت يمكن حملها أيضًا كحقيبة كتف متقاطعة. يقوم التصميم على التباين اللوني؛ إذ يظهر كل من الجسم والمقبض والشعار والحروف بلون مختلف، بينما جرى الإبقاء على الشكل الخارجي بسيطًا كي يبقى الانتباه منصبًّا على اللون. صُنعت الحقيبة من قماش المشمّع (PVC tarpaulin)، وهو نسيج متين ومقاوم للماء يُستخدم أيضًا في أغطية الشاحنات واللافتات الخارجية. ويمنح السطح اللامع الألوان مظهرًا أكثر ثراءً. وتتضمن الحقيبة جيبًا داخليًا يتسع لهاتف أو محفظة. وتتوفر ستة ألوان للحزام، مع إمكانية إظهار المقبض أو إخفائه.

Unique Properties: RNMS considers color contrast the most important thing. Each part of the bag is expressed in different colors. The exterior is as simple as possible so that you can concentrate on the color. And there is a pocket inside the bag, so you can store your cell phone, wallet, etc. And this bag has waterproof function. There are 6 colors in the strap, so you can choose according to your preference. Also, you can show the handle or not depending on your preference when you carry a bag.

Production Technology: This totebag is made of pvc tarpaulin.
First of all, the most outstanding feature is gloss. This feature makes the color richer. But above all, the essence of a bag is a tool to hold and carry around, and in order to do that, it must be sturdy.
Pvc Tarpaulin is a fabric that is commonly used as a truck awning or outdoor signboard, but it can be said that it is a good example to prove its durability only for this purpose, and it has not only durability but also waterproof function.
This fabric was chosen because it has attractive features in many ways.
Design Challenge: The most difficult part is harmony of colors. Excluding the bag strap, there are a total of four colors that must harmonize with each other in the bag (body, handle, logo, alphabet). There are countless colors in the world, and among them, there are many colors that harmonize with each other, but it is not easy to find them. This is the most difficult part not only when designing RNMS totebag, but also when designing other products.
Research: RNMS always focuses on'color contrast' to make products. This is the identity of RNMS. First, the r,n,m,s alphabet was engraved in the center of the product so that the brand of RNMS could be remembered in one dimension. In addition, the appearance of the product was designed to be as simple as possible. This is so that you can concentrate on the color. So, the bag was composed of body, handle, logo, alphabet, and these elements were represented in different colors. In addition, by making the color of the bag string in 6 different colors, it was envisioned to express a more diverse color contrast.
Inspiration: In designing the product, no object or environment was the inspiration. In other words, it doesn't refer to any reference, it doesn't have anything, it starts from zero. And, I focused on the unconsciousness and improvisation. If I have been thinking and researching for a long time, or having the consciousness to continue completing the product, this has been a hindrance. In other words, it is essential to show the identity of RNMS, but it will keep trying to show something different.
Project Duration: The idea of RNMS tote bag didn't take long.
As I said in inspiration, I did not think about it for a long time to make this product, or study or analyze it after being influenced by an object. This product was designed around May 2020 and launched in June 2020, and was awarded the K-design, one of the three major design awards in Asia. And this year, it also won the Asia Design Prize (Karim Rashid is the chairman of the jury).
Operation Flow: This totebag can be carried around or worn like a cross bag. Since there is a bag strap hanger inside the bag, it can also be used as a cross bag. There are a total of 6 color bag straps, so you can choose according to your style.
And when used as a crossback, you can make the handle invisible. You can carry it with the handle exposed, or you can carry it with the handle inside. In other words, it becomes two styles of crossback.
