About Contain أداة وضع كريم العين

"Contain" هي أداة لوضع كريم العين تجمع بين التبريد والتدفئة والاهتزاز. تتيح تقنية أشباه الموصلات التحوّل إلى وضع التدفئة خلال 15 ثانية وإلى وضع التبريد خلال 30 ثانية. يعمل وضع التدفئة عند درجة حرارة تتراوح بين 38 و40 درجة مئوية، بينما يعمل وضع التبريد عند درجة حرارة تتراوح بين 17 و20 درجة مئوية. ويعمل الاهتزاز بسرعة 15,000 دورة في الدقيقة، مع رأس منحنٍ بميل مقداره 15 درجة يتتبع محيط العين، بما يدعم امتصاص الكريم والتدليك اللطيف. ويجري التحكم في الاستخدام عبر التبديل بلمسة واحدة ومؤشر ضوئي إرشادي. أما الجسم على هيئة قلم فتبلغ أبعاده 22 × 22 × 125 مليمترًا.

Unique Properties: The eye cream applicator integrates cooling, heating, and vibration. Powered by advanced semiconductor technology, it enables quick switching between 15 s heating and 30 s cooling. Paired with high frequency vibration of 15,000 rpm and a curved head, the product facilitates efficient cream absorption and delivers gentle massage. Moreover,it allows one touch switching among cooling, heating, and alternating modes, complemented by an indicator light, improving efficiency in eye care routines.

Production Technology: An internal waterproof silicone seal isolates the cream, preventing it from seeping into the PCB and affecting the massage function. An NTC thermistor monitors the temperature in real time, automatically cutting off power in case of overheating to prevent burns.
The head boasts a 15 degree inclined design to perfectly fit the eye area, enabling precise application. This not only minimizes product waste but also maximizes the efficient absorption of active ingredients.
Design Challenge: The challenge was integrating efficient, complex functions within a compact form. This product adopts semiconductor technology, capable of heating to 38 to 40 degrees Celsius in 15 s or cooling to 17 degrees Celsius in 30 s. Combined with miniaturized integration and an ultra thin sealing structure, it enables precise temperature control at high power despite its small footprint. A flat motor ensures quiet operation, low power consumption, and stable vibration while adapting to the compact form.
Research: Eye care routines often struggle with poor cream absorption and skin laxity due to manual application. Traditional applicators suffer from slow temperature control and poor fit, failing to meet the demand for efficient and precise skincare. This product employs semiconductor technology to achieve instant switching between cooling and heating. Paired with high frequency vibration and a curved head, it promotes cream absorption and delivers gentle massage, balancing efficiency with comfort.
Inspiration: Drawing inspiration from professional eye spa treatments and medical grade cooling and heating devices, this product establishes a synergistic workflow of vibration, heating, massage, and cooling to significantly enhance the absorption of the eye cream. In terms of aesthetic design, it captures the refined beauty and ergonomic comfort of luxury makeup pens, perfectly balancing visual appeal with ease of use while ensuring professional skincare efficacy.
Project Duration: The project started in Guangdong in January 2023. The product was launched in China in October 2023.
Operation Flow: The product offers cooling, heating, and alternating modes. The heating mode at 38 to 40 degrees Celsius opens pores, boosts blood circulation, and relaxes ciliary muscles. The cooling mode at 17 to 20 degrees Celsius relieves puffiness and constricts blood vessels. High frequency vibration of 15,000 rpm enhances ingredient absorption and relaxes eye muscles without tugging on the delicate skin. One touch switching functionality and an intuitive indicator light improve convenience of use.
