About Co-real Smart Home Flagship prodavnica

Co-real Smart Home je flagship prodavnica i poslovna zgrada u Hangzhouu, Kina. Projekat površine 1800 kvadratnih metara predstavlja renovaciju jednostavne fabrike. Zgrada je tretirana kao bijela kutija sa jasno definisanim volumenima raspoređenim oko centralnog dvorišta, čime dobija prepoznatljiv identitet u okviru svog okruženja. Visoki atrijum otvara javnu halu, koja formira centar horizontalne i vertikalne cirkulacije. Prvi sprat sadrži izložbeni salon proizvoda i sobe sa uzorcima gdje se svaki sistem pametnog doma može iskusiti. Drugi sprat je namijenjen sveobuhvatnom kancelarijskom prostoru.

Unique Properties: It is renovated from a simple factory, to be a white box with distinct volumes around a central courtyard, and unique from the surroundings. It conveys ideas about technology and life, as well as opening and sharing.
The first floor of the new building is equipped with a product showroom and the intelligent experience sample room of each system of Co-real Home Smart. The second floor is a comprehensive office area.

Production Technology: It is equipped with four constant systems, which ensures constantly stable temperature, stable humidity, stable oxygen and stable static of the whole space.
Design Challenge: How to renew an abandoned factory building, bring new vitality to the area with a new image, and increase the unique attraction for the enterprise.
Research: Refuse to be ordinary. Every part of design is always to seek for a larger possibility of space usage based on true demands from users.
Inspiration: Co-real Smart Home is one of the leaders in industry about energy saving and eco-lifestyle, providing customers with integrated solutions of intelligent and comfortable home system. Therefore, if we have to define it, we think it would be warm, bright, bold, free and comfortable.
The public hall is the center of the plane and vertical moving lines. The designer makes a high atrium to open the space, presenting a grand and transparent view.
Project Duration: Time: 2018.11 - 2019.8
Location: No.700 Gudun Road, West lake district, Hangzhou, China
Operation Flow: Step 1: the preliminary planning and design of space plane;
Step 2: draw the detailed space design scheme;;
Step 3: the owner confirms the overall design scheme;
Step 4: draw construction drawings and confirm the list of building materials and furniture;
Step 5: deliver the construction drawings.
Step 6: supervise the construction process until it is finished.
