About Six Grams Coberts
Six Grams és un joc de coberts fet de plàstic reforçat amb fibra de carboni. Cada ganivet, forquilla i cullera pesa sis grams, un pes molt inferior al dels coberts metàl·lics. Aquest pes reduït permet al comensal percebre el pes de l'aliment mateix en lloc del pes de l'estri. El plàstic reforçat amb fibra de carboni és també hipoal·lergènic, de manera que les persones amb al·lèrgies als metalls poden menjar sense preocupacions. La forma prima i negra dona al conjunt un aspecte diferent del dels coberts metàl·lics convencionals. Six Grams va ser creat per situar l'aliment al centre de l'experiència gastronòmica.

- 6g (six grams) is the cutlery of the future, made of carbon fibre (CFRP).
When you hold it in your hand, the thinness and lightness of the cutlery make it disappear, emphasising the presence of the food and giving you a dining experience unlike any other. - Dimensions & Packaging

- Our inspiration come from the weight of meals.
Existing cutlery is almost made by metals so we have the weight of metal itself and meals. But if we can feel the weight of meals when we eat, we may get any other idea or insight, inspiration from the meals.
Six grams made by Carbon FRP which is used in aerospace craft is very light weight so you can feel meal directly.
Also Metal has the luxury and stable but there is allergy. Our six grams is Hypoallergenic so it is friendy for body. - Team Members
