About Prosperous Vitality Interior d'Oficina d'Ús Mixt

Vitalitat Pròspera és un interior residencial i d'oficina combinat que ocupa 991 metres quadrats. El projecte va ser creat per a una empresa d'un sector tradicional, on la vida laboral rutinària va impulsar una reorganització de l'entorn interior. Les parets verdes defineixen les zones de descans i afegeixen una qualitat visual serena. Els miralls dissimulen les columnes, reduint l'estrès visual i fent que l'espai aparegui complet. Els tons vius de verd i groc formen la paleta base, mentre que un sofà gris boirós afegeix profunditat i una llum groga aporta calidesa. Una taula de reunions composta per peces geomètriques es pot ajustar segons la mida del grup.

Unique Properties: This is a residence-office combined design project, where the owner is involved in traditional industry, faced with the routine work life, the owner hopes to reorganize the indoor environment in order to create liveliness and vitality, to introduce prosperous vitality to the traditional industry, as well as allow the company to become a place for the employees body and soul to rest and purify.
Dimensions & Packaging: The project is 991 square meters.

Production Technology: Several green walls are designed for the rest area, accentuating the tranquil visual sensation, allowing the employees to experience life for good while working hard.
For the design, it may be seen that the columns are camouflaged by mirrors, reducing visual stress while demonstrating the completeness of space, the office is based on the main base tones of lively green and yellow colors, while the sofa is in dignified tone of misty grey to enhance visual layers, yellow light is used to highlight the coziness, hoping to allow the employees to feel cozy at home even when at the company.
Research: As stated by the research report published in America Journal of Experimental Psychology, placing green plants in office may enhance employees work efficacy.
Inspiration: Professor Cooper of Organizational Psychology at the Lancaster University said, people dislike architectural fluorescent light without plants, sceneries and natural light. Most research outcomes indicated that space with natural light and greenness has a positive correlation towards a better body and mental health. Therefore, why not introduce greenness into the office.
Project Duration: The project finished in March 2019 in Taichung.
Operation Flow: It is worth mentioning that the meeting table inside the meeting room has adopted geometrical patterns, aimed for the employees to adjust the spatial usage according to the number of people, featuring both functionality and sense of design, the storage space ingeniously partitions the spatial layout and the circulation, creating a sense of beauty with clean, square and well-executed visual effect.
