About The Hub Smíšený turistický rozvojový projekt
The Hub je smíšený rozvojový projekt navržený pro turistiku v Healesville ve státě Victoria v Austrálii. Projekt spojuje historický trh, gastronomické centrum, pivovar, hotel, restauraci a společenské centrum. Pěší propojení spojuje všechny funkce na pozemku o rozloze šesti akrů. Budovy sestupují po terénu a sledují jeho topografii, přičemž přírodní materiály propojují stavbu s okolní krajinou. Návrhový koncept přivádí venkovní prostředí dovnitř a otevírá pozemek pěším návštěvníkům. Záměrem je podpořit místní turistický ruch při zachování charakteru okolní čtvrti.

- the hardest part is to satisfy neighborhood character and people lives within, it was about 3000 objection of which withdrawn after understanding the benefits and quality contribution of the project. this considered to be huge value

- marketing research regarding tourism has been undertaking together with business plan, the research indicated that Healesville one of the best areas attract people with high taste on food and wine

- the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
