About Bsp Security Plant Complex Administrativní budova banky
Bsp Security Plant Complex je navrhovaná veřejná budova plánovaná pro New Clark City na Filipínách. Komplex nabízí vysoce zabezpečenou, flexibilní a přizpůsobitelnou podlahovou plochu, kterou lze upravovat podle vývoje výrobních technologií. Živá fasáda představuje více než 250 endemických filipínských stromů spolu s tropickými rostlinami. Ozeleněná fasáda chrání budovu před přímým sluncem, snižuje tepelné zisky a podporuje přirozené větrání. Vodní příkopy a šikmé věže připomínají hornaté tropické souostroví a jeho biodiverzitu.

- Unique Properties
- A proposal for the new BSP Security Plant Complex is a unique public building that incorporates planning principles for the future demand a highly secure, flexible and adaptable floor area as technology constantly improves the production process.
The living facade is a showcase of over 250 endemic Philippine trees and an exposition of tropical plants. A constant display of life that shields the building from direct sun exposure and minimizes thermal heat gain while providing air ventilation. - Dimensions & Packaging
