Plánovaná lokalita se nachází v zadní části klidné vilové čtvrti a kolem ní jsou hustě zastavěny domy. Kolem pozemku byl instalován vysoký plot, venkovní okna byla omezena na minimum a každá oblast byla rozdělena do vrstev různých výšek se středem na centrální osvětlovací šachtě. Uvnitř tohoto domu, kde je chráněno soukromí, umírněný pocit vzdálenosti v prostoru vizuálně propojuje obyvatele a vytváří vnitřní prostor, který se šíří diagonálně. Designově má jednoduchou strukturu, a přestože je uzavřený, vytváří pro obyvatele otevřený prostor.

In addition, the residential spaces of different heights are arranged around the central open ceiling, and the design that visually connects each space by separating each space creates a rich life.
