Next Collection je obytný komplex navržený s ohledem na krajinu Green Cape. Budova se skládá ze tří samostatných křídel umístěných na podiu, které ukrývá zahradu. Střecha je využita jako společenský prostor s restaurací, barem a bazénem. Uspořádání křídel podporuje plynulý průchod mezi byty a zahradou na podiu. Interiér se drží minimalistického přístupu s nautickým motivem a klidnou barevnou paletou. Design spojuje organické tvary s okolní topografií.
