Různé zahradní kvality vztahující se ke světlu zahrnují zapuštěné nádvoří pro prostory vnitřního bazénu, prostory ranního slunce s bylinovou kuchyňskou zahradou, venkovní jídelní terasu a otevřený salon orientovaný k večernímu slunci.
