Urban Symbiosis je polyfunkční výškový komplex nad stanicí 7 Train v New Yorku, který integruje bytové jednotky, apartmány s obsluhou a kanceláře. Oslavuje velké podzemí – vchod do metra je umístěn ve středu a poskytuje přirozené světlo a nepřetržitý veřejný přístup. Design optimalizuje energetické zatížení kombinací kancelářského a obytného programu, čímž snižuje tlak na síť. Na rozdíl od tradičního vertikálního vrstvení vytváří horizontální rozdělení dvě věže se sdílenými veřejnými prostory s vybavením jako jsou restaurace, co-workingové prostory a posilovny pro neustálou interakci.

Jedinečné vlastnosti: Urban Symbiosis reimagines the traditional tower by horizontally splitting residential and office spaces, forming two interconnected towers. This innovative layout smooths energy demand by balancing daytime and nighttime usage, reducing grid pressure. A central subway entrance celebrates public access, while extensive shared amenities foster community interaction. The sunken garden at street level enhances urban experience, creating seamless connections with the High Line.
