Park Lane Complex je rezidenční demonstrační komplex ve Fu-čou v Číně. Komplex se rozkládá na ploše 2 070 metrů čtverečních a zahrnuje komunitní vstupní halu, prodejní centrum a klubovnu. Design interpretuje styl Nanyang prostřednictvím současného jazyka, s málo saturovanými béžovými a šedými tóny doplněnými akcenty starožitného bronzového zlata. Trasa pro návštěvníky vede přes hlavní vstupní halu, koridory světla a stínu, vysokou halu a klidné nádvoří. Krytá promenáda propojuje jednotlivé prostory a chrání obyvatele před větrem a deštěm za každého počasí.

The space emphasizes the richness of experiential rhythms and cultivates tranquil, serene atmospheres, creating an elegant forest oasis hidden within the urban landscape of Fuzhou.
Rozměry a balení: The demonstration complex has a total floor space of 2,070 square meters, comprising a 240-square-meter community lobby, a 460-square-meter sales center (to be converted into a 340-square-meter clubhouse in the future), and a 1,370-square-meter clubhouse.

In contrast to the traditional extravagant sales environments of typical demonstration areas, it creates a refined, minimalist, and ceremonial hotel like atmosphere, offering future residents a promise of an elevated lifestyle that transcends the everyday, while embodying both a strong sense of belonging and reverence.
