Dům dýchající prázdnoty je rezidenční dům uspořádaný kolem centrálního atria. Atrium funguje jako otevřený prázdný prostor, v němž volně cirkuluje vzduch a světlo, a tvoří tak environmentální jádro domova. Atrium zároveň vytváří nepřetržitý dialog mezi interiérovými a exteriérovými prostory. Dům se řídí bioklimatickými principy, s jasnou jižní orientací, která zachycuje sluneční světlo, podporuje pasivní vytápění a napomáhá přirozenému větrání. Stejná orientace dává budově diagonální tvar, což je odpověď jak prostorová, tak klimatická.

- The “House of the Breathing Void” is conceived as a sanctuary of openness, a dwelling that breathes, listens, and connects. Anchored between earth and sky, the house establishes a continuous dialogue between interior and exterior, shaped by climate, light, and Mediterranean lifestyle. At its center lies an atrium, the open heart of the home, where air, light, and life circulate freely, forming both the emotional and environmental core.
- Inspiration
- The Atrium was the concept inspiration of the project. The house was conceived through bioclimatic principles, its geometry shaped by a clear southern orientation that captures sunlight, enhances passive heating, and invites natural ventilation. From this dual idea, the atrium and the orientation toward the sun, a diagonal gesture arose in the building’s form, a spatial and climatic response that defines its identity. Here, light becomes both material and structure, carving paths through the interior.
