The design categorized shops into different clusters to create a multi layered network of commercial space, which provides a vivid experience of spending. Also, in the plaza, vertical transportation and interlocking terraces accomplish a playful and leisurely residential area.

- Inspired by abundant water resources in Jiangxi, design adopted brightly coloured horizontal features on the commercial buildings. This eye catching architecture can perform as a beacon that gives directions to flowing in population. In between the commercial cluster and avenues, we created a thematic commercial street with balconies setback at a human scale, creating a pleasant commercial setting. At the same time, the round central plaza and the outdoor commercial mall create three dimensional layers in the central avenue.
