About Sunny Poem Interiérový design bytu

Sunny Poem je interiérový design mezonetového bytu o rozloze 272 metrů čtverečních v městě Tchaj-čung. Původní schodiště rozděluje dispozici na přední a zadní část. Přední část zahrnuje vysoký obývací pokoj, jídelnu a kuchyň, uspořádané pro přijímání hostů. Zrcadla ve společné části opticky rozšiřují prostor. Černé lineární schodiště vede do útulného salonku s pohovkami a domácím kinem. Masivní dřevěné mřížoví skrývá dveře ložnic a chrání soukromí. Hlavní ložnice zahrnuje otevřenou šatnu s posuvnými dveřmi.

Unique Properties: The layout of this duplex residence is divided into the front and rear areas by its original staircase. With natural light flooding in on three sides and tall indoor space, the house is fascinating in different times of day. The design principle of modern, humanistic and elegant elements creates a safe, cozy and healthy living environment, where the bustling mind can feel relieved and calmed.
Dimensions & Packaging: The apartment is 272 square meters.

Production Technology: This is the home full of family happiness, and this is the home representing the bless from the designer to the house owners.
Design Challenge: The doors of bedrooms, which on the 1st and 2nd floors, concealed by the solid wood grills secure privacy in a more excellent manner. In the master bedroom, the open dressing room with the sliding door not only satisfies the wife’s needs, also maintains the undisturbed personal lifestyle.
Research: For the married couple showing kindly hospitality to guests, the front area as the public area composed of the tall living room, dining room and kitchen is integrated by indoor scenes and traffic flows. The mirrors decorated in the public area expand the visual scope.
Inspiration: In an environment filled with aesthetic ambience, the emotional interaction between people and space evolving overtime indirectly pacifies body and mind, brings about harmonious home atmosphere, and comes back to the essence of life where the family feels comfortable and peaceful.
Project Duration: The project finished in December 2019, locates in Taichung City.
Operation Flow: The white elegant living room comes into sight at once every time coming home in which the linear black staircase guides the family to a more laid-back area, where the parlor decorated with home decorated with the stylish sofas, as well as home theater, shows different functions of lifestyle.
