Y preswylfa hon yw'r cartref cyntaf i'w gwblhau o fewn adeilad gan Ateliers Jean Nouvel a'r datblygwr JDS Development Group. Mae'r fflat yn mesur 5,193 troedfedd sgwâr yn gyfan gwbl, gyda 3,350 troedfedd sgwâr o ofod mewnol a 1,843 troedfedd sgwâr o ofod allanol. Mae'r dyluniad mewnol yn asio dylunio mewnol a dylunio ffasiwn er mwyn dyneiddio'r gofod. Dewiswyd dodrefn yn benodol o gasgliad Jean Paul Gaultier ar gyfer Roche Bobois.
