About Neighbors Science City LN Residence Tu Mewn Fflat â Gwasanaeth
Mae Neighbors Science City LN Residence yn ddyluniad tu mewn fflat â gwasanaeth sydd wedi'i leoli mewn parc gwyddoniaeth yn Guangzhou, Tsieina. Mae'r breswylfa'n cynnig unedau o un, dwy neu dair ystafell gydag ystafell fyw, yn amrywio o 64 i 140 metr sgwâr. Defnyddir blychau sgwâr fel elfen ddylunio i ail-lunio'r berthynas gymdogaeth drefol ac i greu mannau a rennir. Mae'r un syniad yn parhau drwy far y cyntedd, y bwyty, y gampfa a'r ystafell gyfarfod amlbwrpas. Defnyddir terrazzo newydd oherwydd ei orffeniad di-dor a'i allu i gyfateb lliwiau'n rhydd. Nod y dyluniad yw cynnig awyrgylch cynnes a chymdeithasol i breswylwyr ifanc.
