Mae modiwlau sy'n symud yn ffurfio strydoedd cefn deinamig a chyfansoddiad amrywiol o fasau. Mae gwesteion yn eistedd ac yn bwyta ar y llawr mewn grwpiau, a rhoddir ystafell gaeedig neu led-gaeedig i bob grŵp er mwyn preifatrwydd. Ymhlith y gorffeniadau mae stwco, pren cnau Ffrengig mat, sgriniau tyllog a mashrabiya, gan gyfuno elfennau modern a diwylliannol sy'n adlewyrchu treftadaeth Sawdi.
