About Poly Central Residence Canolfan Werthu
Mae Poly Central Residence yn ganolfan werthu wedi'i lleoli yn Yangjiang, Tsieina. Mae'r tu mewn yn ymestyn dros 900 metr sgwâr. Mae blociau concrit wedi'u plethu i efelychu creigiau arfordirol, gan atgoffa olion amser a llanw. Mae waliau creigiog a nenfwd blociog yn ffurfio lefelau lluosog a threfn ofodol naturiol. Mae mwsogl gwyrdd yn tyfu rhwng y creigiau, ac mae ardaloedd agored yn adleisio'r tirwedd ddŵr y tu allan. Mae'r waliau, y nenfwd, y cownter croesawu, y bar dŵr, y cabinet arddangos a'r model graddedig wedi'u haddasu'n bwrpasol. Mae serameg, carreg, metel a lledr yn cyferbynnu â'i gilydd, ac mae goleuadau â llinellau syml wedi'u mewnosod mewn cypyrddau a waliau.

- Research
- Yangjiang, a city lying between mountains and sea, is full of natural atmosphere. In July, 2018, the Yangjiang Station along the Jiangmen-Zhanjiang Railway was completed, which has greatly energized the economy and society of the city. In the south where the high-speed rail business district locates, there are also great opportunities for developing. Ideally located in the zone where the river and the sea meet, Poly Central Residence is created to be a building complex integrating offices, residences and public spaces, which will allow people to experience holiday lifestyle.
- Inspiration
- Natural elements such as the water drop, jellyfish, octopus and hippo are abstracted and applied in the space design. The waves and the art paintings dialogue with the space, creating a modern space full of visual arts, free dreams and ocean culture.
- Project Duration
- The project was completed in Dec. 2018
- Operation Flow
- The project is designed with rocky walls and blocky ceiling. Green moss grows between the rocks and the blank space echoes the waterscape outside, composing a silent but touching symphony.
