Om Couple Quilt Sengetæppe

Book Text: Couple Quilt er et sengetæppe med to temperaturzoner i ét og samme stykke. Den ene zone er lettere og mere åndbar og er fremstillet med en skære- og perforeringsproces, der danner et mikro-luftcirkulationssystem til at frigive overskydende varme og fugt. Den anden zone anvender en baffle box- og fyldningskonstruktion med mikrotryksteknologi, der holder varmen tættere på kroppen. De to zoner er samlet med en quiltesyning. Identifikationsspænder i de fire hjørner, kvadratiske på den ene side og runde på den anden, gør det muligt at finde hver zone ved berøring.

Unikke Egenskaber: This quilt achieves dual-zone temperature control with two different temperatures in one quit. The part for men is light and warm without being too hot, while the part for women fits the physiological curve more closely and has wrapped warmth. Couples can also have relatively independent space when sleeping under the same quilt, and it is not easy to leak air when turning over to avoid disturbing their sleep when they turn over.

Produktionsteknologi: The male area is the air capsule area, which adopts the customized cutting and piercing process to create the micro air-circulation system inside and outside the quilt. The closure facilitates the distribution of excess heat and sweat. The female area is the temperature storage area, which adopts baffle box and fulling process, combined with Rapid’s micro-pressure technology, to firmly lock the temperature. It thus effectively prevents the outflow of heat and gives more wrapped warmth.
Designudfordring: The challenge of one quilt with two temperatures is unprecedented, and it is a great challenge to splice two areas made by two different processes into one quilt. Considering the design concept, the designer chose the corresponding production process. The quilting process uses the KANSI sewing machine and advanced linking technology to combine the two quilts into one. It also uses a higher-than-standard No. 9 needle with finer and denser holes to prevent down from drilling out from the gap.
Forskning: Double quilt often has only one warmth level, which cannot meet the different temperature requirements of men and women at the same time. SIDANDA, together with the Japanese doctor of healthy sleep, has created this product for men and women with different physical characteristics and sleep needs through thousands of times sleeping test and the study of the different ergonomics of men and women.
Inspiration: Women's metabolic rate is generally lower than men's, so when they cover the same quilt, women will feel cold, while men will feel relatively comfortable. The common quilt only has one thermal grade.We divide the quilt into different parts when processing/by process planning. The male area is lighter and more breathable, and the female area is more wrapped and warmer, reaching different warmth levels which fits both of them. The two temperatures on the same quilt are well suited to both needs.
Projektvarighed: The project started research in Hangzhou, China and Japan in April 2019, completed design in April 2020, and officially launched in Hangzhou, China in July 2020.
Driftsflow: This product combines two quilts with different temperatures through a special honing process to produce a quilt with double temperature control zones. The air capsule area is specially designed for men to avoid excessive sweating and heat. The temperature storage area is specially prepared for women to effectively lock the heat. There are identification buckles at the four corners, square for men and round for women, and users can identify different areas by touching them.
