About Greenland Phoenix Pearl Club Gemeinschafts-Clubhaus
Der Greenland Phoenix Pearl Club ist das Interieur eines Gemeinschafts-Clubhauses in Qingdao, China, einer Stadt zwischen Bergen und Meer. Das Clubhaus umfasst 4239 Quadratmeter und vereint eine Vielzahl von Funktionen in einer skulpturalen Struktur. Der Raum windet sich spiralförmig nach oben, um ein Maximum an Tageslicht und offene Ausblicke nach oben zu gewinnen – eine Hommage an traditionelle chinesische Gärten. Natürliche Materialien und das wechselnde Tageslicht schaffen eine ruhige und behagliche Atmosphäre. Die moderne und schlichte Gestaltung rückt die Landschaft in den Mittelpunkt und bietet den Bewohnern einen einladenden Ort der Begegnung und des Austauschs.

- Phoenix Pearl is located in Qingdao,a city lying between mountain and sea.It boasts a grand seascape while it is characterized by the sea,it keeps its own identity of a secluded and natural land of wonder.The design takes into consideration residents new understanding of the circle of home and life,and casts a profound insight to interdependence between human beings,nature and art.

- The project started in January 2019 in Qingdao,China and finished in June 2019.
- Operation Flow
- In the sculptural structure,a variety of functions are designed into it.The variable space spirals up,which constitutes designers’homage to the traditional Chinese gardens,while also obtaining the maximum natural light and an upward view.The extending upward view epitomes the unlimited possibilities of life.
