About Rongxin Zhongliang Verkaufszentrum

Rongxin Zhongliang ist ein Verkaufszentrum in Wenzhou, Provinz Zhejiang, China. Der Innenbereich umfasst eine Fläche von 509 Quadratmetern. Große Glasflächen verbinden den Innenraum mit der umgebenden Landschaft und holen natürliches Licht- und Schattenspiel ins Innere. Die Anordnung des Stützenrasters verbessert die Maßstäblichkeit und Offenheit des Raumes. Eine Kunstinstallation in der Nähe der Treppe bildet einen Blickfang. Zu den Materialien zählen schwarz-weißer Wurzelmarmor, Fliesen in Carrara-Weiß-Marmoroptik, gebürsteter Edelstahl in Kupferoptik sowie Eichenholzoberflächen. Der Entwurf bringt eine moderne orientalische Ästhetik zum Ausdruck.

Unique Properties: At its 19th National Congress, the Party established the position in history of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and mapped out an inspiring blueprint and a program of action for securing a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and for striving for the success of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.

Production Technology: Material contains black and white root marble, imitation carrara white marble brick, brushed imitation copper stainless steel, oak wood finish and so on.
Design Challenge: Developers want to indoor and outdoor environment of language to communicate better, used in large area be born glass, on the spatial structure optimization, should not only reflects the sense of scale, also carried on the strict control on the floors, in based on constant communication to optimize construction costs, concise fashion sense, good control on material and color, we finally achieve the desired effect.
Research: Contemporary art, with light and shadow interlaced, simple fashion, the modern Oriental aesthetics exchange space is created like this.
Inspiration: This is of great immediate significance and far-reaching historical significance. All regions and all government departments have strengthened their consciousness of the need to maintain political integrity, think in big-picture terms, follow the leadership core, and keep in alignment. The new development philosophy has been thoroughly acted upon, the 12th Five-Year Plan has been fully completed, and implementation of the 13th Five-Year Plan has seen smooth progress.
Project Duration: The project started in April 2020 in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province and finished in July 2020.
