About Cofco Shenyang Longyue Xiangyun Innenraum eines Verkaufsbüros

Cofco Shenyang Longyue Xiangyun ist der Innenraum eines Verkaufsbüros mit einer Fläche von 1808 Quadratmetern. Licht und Schatten dienen als Medium, um einen stillen Dialog zwischen dem Raum und der Natur zu schaffen. Besucher betreten das Gebäude durch einen Gang, der an einen Pfad in Berge und Wälder erinnert, erreichen den Bereich mit dem Sandtisch und erblicken darüber das Bild eines Baumes mit Vögeln. Ein Beratungsbereich bietet Sitzgelegenheiten, während Kinder eine Baumhöhle sowie eine geometrische Treppe nutzen können, die zu einem Zwischengeschoss mit Blick über den Innenraum führt. Zu den Materialien zählen Edelstahl, Holz, Wandbekleidungen sowie grauer und weißer Naturstein.

Unique Properties: The story uses light and shadow as the medium to interact, forming an interesting dialogue. The birds in the mountains can also perceive the direction of homing in the lighted lights, and return to the warm and loving urban forest. The visual perception and meaning create an immersive space. Sense of experience.

Design Challenge: How to use modern techniques to create a sense of ritual and order in the space, strengthen the visual perception and meaning, respect the spirit of the place, promote culture, and build an elegant environment full of the symbiosis of culture and nature.
Research: Going back to the original, retreating the inherent stylistics and blunt techniques, what we want the viewer to feel is just "you are here now".
Inspiration: Stray Birds pays great attention to the description of nature. There is an internal connection between human emotion and nature, which refers to the station that nature blends into human feelings, or human feeling blends into nature. -Tagore
Project Duration: It was completed in May, 2019, which had lasted for 60 days.
Operation Flow: Enter the sales office through a passage, like a path leading to the mountains and forests, walk to the sand board area, turn around and see the image of a tree vaguely, and the birds flying freely on top. Come to the negotiation area to sit down and experience the knowledge forest. The children go to the valley tree hole space, walk along the geometric stairs to the mezzanine, and look down at the entire space.
