About Fantasy Factory Einzelhandelsgeschäft

Die Fantasiefabrik mit dem Backen vor Ort als zentralem Verkaufsargument integriert die Bereiche Tee, Einzelhandel, IP-Geschenke und Bar, um einen multifunktionalen Fabrikladen zu schaffen. Das Designkonzept FTY wurde aus Factory extrahiert. F steht für Fair. Für große Menschenströme und reichhaltige Produktkategorien wurde der Raum nach Art eines Marktes geplant. T steht für Zeit. Die Farbe des Ladens wird aus den Farbveränderungen des Himmels gewonnen, die die Zeitveränderungen eines Tages implizieren. Y bezieht sich auf Sie (Kunden). Das unterschiedliche Du im Spiegel wird auf das multidimensionale interaktive Gerät erweitert.

Unique Properties: The fantasy factory of Nayuki is located in Shenzhen, With on-site baking as the core selling point, it integrates tea, retail, IP gifts, and bar sectors to create a multi-functional factory store that provides baking, leisure, tasting, and experience.

Methodology: desktop survey , site visit
Insights: since there are many traits of the brand, we choose 4 traits: rich product categories, big area, full time period, large flow of people to present.
Inspiration: The idea FTY was extracted from factory. F stands for Fair. For large flow of people and rich product categories, the space was planned in the way of a market.T stands for Time. Inspired by the SKY series of photography by ERIC CAHAN, the color is extracted from the color changes of the sky, implying time changes of a day. Y refers to You (customers). To emphasize the relationship between customers and Nayuki Space. Different You in the mirror is extended to the multi-dimensional interactive device.
Project Duration: The project started in May 2019 in Shenzhen and finished in November 2019 in Shenzhen.
