About Love Veggie Innenarchitektur eines Restaurants

Love Veggie ist das Interieur eines vegetarischen Restaurants in Macau mit einer Fläche von rund 350 Quadratmetern. Der Entwurf überführt eine bekannte lokale Tradition in ein zeitgenössisches Ambiente. Das Konzept basiert auf der Lotusblume, einer Form, die eng mit dem Buddhismus verbunden ist. Die Lotusmotive werden in Materialien, Muster und Formen übersetzt. Lasergeschnittenes Metall in Goldton bildet Lotusmuster, während weiche blaue Polsterungen und Holzfurnier einen natürlichen und eleganten Charakter verleihen. Eine maßgefertigte Designleuchte bildet das zentrale Element des Raumes. Das Interieur soll eine ruhige Atmosphäre schaffen.

Unique Properties: Bringing a Macau well known tradition veggie restaurant into 21st century, this new branch restaurant is designed to provoke the senses through a series of lotus form. From this inspiration, the design team converted lotus image to the materials, patterns and forms.
Dimensions & Packaging: The site is approx. 350 square meters.

Design Challenge: The main featured lighting is the most challenge, especially the custom made procedure of fabrication and installation. Also need to be resolved the weight of the featured lighting during installation.
Research: This new branch restaurant is designed to provoke the senses through a series of lotus form. From this inspiration, the design team converted lotus image to the materials, patterns and forms. What is more, by enhancing the details of the lotus, which is deeply related to the Buddhism, the design team have generated an extraordinary calm atmosphere of the restaurant.

Project Duration: The project started in November 2020 in Macau and finished in October 2021.
Operation Flow: To provoke the senses through a series of lotus form. From this inspiration, the design team converted lotus image to the materials, patterns and forms, to suit client requirement.
