About Vanke Red County Villa Wohnraumgestaltung / Innenarchitektur eines Wohnhauses

Die Vanke Red County Villa ist ein Innenarchitekturprojekt für ein dreistöckiges Haus in Guangzhou, China, mit einer Gesamtfläche von 1.600 Quadratmetern. Einander überlagernde Kreisbögen und geometrische Formen rahmen den Ausblick des Wohnzimmers, sodass die Bewohner den natürlichen Wandel der vier Jahreszeiten erleben können. Die Kuppeldecke ist mit Lichtbändern geschichtet und wird von einem Marmorkamin ergänzt. Chinesische und westliche Ästhetik verbinden sich und verleihen dem Haus zugleich Modernität und Klassik. Eine gewendelte Treppe und ein Aufzug schaffen Flexibilität im Wohnraum, während ein unterirdischer Weinkeller die Weinsammlung beherbergt.

Unique Properties: The designer uses the overlapping forms of circular arcs and geometry to frame the view of the living room, conveying the beauty of art between inside and outside, so that residents can view the natural change of four seasons. The dome ceiling is clearly layered in the light ribbon, with crystal feathers roaming between them, creating a serene vibe with the marble fireplace. When people push the door into the garden, life and nature are connected without borders and coexist harmoniously.

Production Technology: The first impression of entryway is filled with a strong classical flavor. The French elegance and classical romance are conveyed through the carved details and the stereoscopic art installation. The water bar is not partitioned from the lounge area, and the shining crystal lamps, elegant marble bar, abstract art paintings and classic leather sofas are harmoniously matched, spreading the comfortable experience.
Design Challenge: The underground wine cellar is the owner's wine collection space as well as a meeting space. The metal wine racks and hidden light strips reflect a sense of order and become the visual center of the space. The designer not only plans the landscape of the roof garden, but also incorporates lifestyle into it. With sunken sofa, top bar counter, starlight terrace, mossy rocks, flowing springs, residents can have fun together with their family and friends.
Research: In this three-story single-family house with a total area of up to 1,600 square meters, the designer serves as an integrated designer from architecture, landscaping, interior, soft furnishings, products to engineering. After research of customer’s demands and preferences, he has made efforts to integrate the aesthetics and artistic taste of Chinese and Western, making house both modern and classical, to build a pleasing life and spiritual habitat for residents.
Inspiration: With constructing an ideal living as the mission and clients as the origin, the designer expands the international and artistic lifestyle in accordance with the client's expectations for their lives, and responds to the client's ideal home with a romantic French ambiance.
Project Duration: The project is located in Guangzhou, China and still under construction.
Operation Flow: The dual design of an coiled staircase and elevator gives the living space flexibility with dynamic lines. The static and dynamic partitions of the master bedroom are in line with the residents' daily living habits. The design of the elders' room is subtle in color and humanized in function. The unique setting of the TV wall is the designer's care for the leisure activities of the elders.
